i thought this post was going to descend into whacker mayhem.

Now that you mention it, I always carry a razor, a pen and bottle of vodka in my bag...sometimes the only answer is a makeshift surgical cric.

Also, when it comes repairing damaged hearts, I find that an Arc reactor and a few electro-magnets can do wonders.

I actually do carry alcohol swabs and a 21 gauge needle in my wallet. Not for medical reasons, its just...there is nothing you can't achieve with a swab and a needle. MacGuyver could only dream of the possibilities.
