Submitting Renewal

Hey Guys,

I am up for my first renewal! Hard to believe that it has been two years, anyway I digress.

What do I need to include in my packet. I am an EMT-B FYI.

I think I need:

Form from website signed by my Training Officer
Proof of payment (I payed online)

Do I need to include the proof of CE or is that only if I get audited? I know my state OH wants the CE certificates but does NREMT?

as long as your training officer signs off on your training that meets the refresher requirements and you have entered in all of your CE's (48) that you took either in classroom or online you should be good to go. Might want to check and make sure all of your training from work showed up under the recert/education section.
