Ok so I know we've had this discussion before, but I couldn't find the last thread. I've worn Hanes athletic crew socks for years and they fit comfortably, but the lastest reviews on the site show that they changed the design and they now suck. Looking for recommendations for a good sock that will work with my work boots.

Darn Tough or Smart Wool are the brands I would recommend. Wool socks are king.

bad thing the last pair of boots I ordered (we look and see what we want and they order them for us) were waterproof which I didn't catch before hand. So I can't wear them in the summer with good socks. So I wear soft hiking boots around station and change into fire boots for EMS runs

Hiking socks are too hot for me on the daily. I keep some in my man-purse thing for actual hiking but otherwise try to wear the goofiest things I can fine. Today I'm rocking some turquoise with a picture of a man cutting down a tree with an axe. He is saying unkind words as well.
