I just got my official offer from Durham County EMS. I have accepted and will start with the rest of my academy class on 2/16. Dunno about y'all, but I'm so freakin' excited that I can't see straight! Amazing opportunity to work for a great system that is growing and definitely heading in the right direction.

Congrats, my buddy just graduated from the DCoEMS Academy, and loves it.

Skip is a good guy to work for, he's working on giving the guys at Durham the tools to do the job right (they had the skills, but he is working on giving them more resources).

out of curiosity, will you be relocating to Durham?

We only live only about 45 mins from Durham, so won't be relocating.
