So I'm eying a PHTLS course on a UCLA campus....in Inglewood. The only other feasible locations within driving distance from me (at least according to NAEMT's website) are Corona and Palm Springs. I'm looking at the course primarily for CE hours to maintain my National Registry. Anyone familiar with any of these locations and have any preferences?

Inglewood isn't that bad. Lots of history at the Freeman campus and there's a Church's Chicken a stone's throw away.

From my experience PHTLS was a waste of time for Paramedics, everything in it was covered in Medic school way more in depth. As an EMT Basic you might gain some limited benefit from it, but I still wouldn't ever pay money for it.
