Ive Come to realize that the Southern California EMT Job Market is extremely bloated with EMT's right now.....
it seems to me that for every open position there is about 30 EMT's trying to get in

ive applied to about 15 companies and all of them say they have alot of applicants

so a fair warning to new EMT's/future EMT's its really not easy finding a job in Southern California

Haha damn. I just started my EMT-B class.
 
My division of AMR has hired at least 10 EMT's in the last few months and we're pretty small. Did you at least put applications in, I know AMR will hold them and call you as spots open.
 
JG, Riverside is NOT small. Small is <150 full time employees..... And, yes, we're full staffed (actually, overstaffed)

Didn't say I worked for Riverside division:) I do work in the county though, small but extremely busy division, in fact, per capita, busier than Riverside division.
