We have a popeyes chicken next to a SNF where we pick up dialysis patients.... so the biscuts and mashed potatoes is a good snack. Muscle milks in a cooler are a good replacement for food and then there's traditional snack food like trailmix and the such.

For snacks I am a huge fan of the lunchable and a Capri-sun.

In the day...
Civilian: Mr Pibb and peanut butter sandwich lunch, or steal old leftovers from refrig.
Military: in garrison, free desserts left over from supper in the dining hall. In field, either items I didn't eat from MRE at meals, or so-called Slimfast diet bars, or dry granola bars with water. Used to carry jerky and corn nuts but that is very hard on the teeth for long.
