Skills Testing and Lift Testing for Rural/Metro

Does anybody have any idea what the skills testing and lift testing for Rural/Metro (in my case, of Western New York) consists of? Other R/M operations seem to have a CPR/AED station, a short written exam, and a short lift test. Does anybody know any specifics about WNY?
