Heard senior care just took over St. Barnabus Ems from transcare . True or false ? Just Applied for their Bronx 911 hopefully that's what they mean on their application

It is true and they've had the announcement on their facebook page for a few weeks now.
 
Does TranScare still exist in NY? Seems like they are shutting down everywhere.
