Second AMR interview?

i had one interview with amr in riverside ca and i killed it. the guy said i did really well, and now i got a call to come down for a second interview. but i dont know what to expect?? i did the ordinary interview questions about stress and customer service, but now what should i study for.

It's called "Listening and Answering"

No joke here, this next interview is all about who you are and not about what you know. If you go in worrying about what you don't know, you'll miss the point of this interview which will most likely be about how you handle whatever they throw at you.

Breathe, that always helps.

Really LISTEN to the question or really PAY ATTENTION to the person speaking.

KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT for three Beats before you open it. In that time figure out One to Three MAJOR points

ANSWER the question asked or respond to the statement made. This may sound basic, and it is, but it's what messes most people up; they either don't answer the question or start and then wander. You're going for the most clear response you can to the actual question asked.

KEEP IT SHORT AND HONEST

If possible, ask a question back for clarification IF AND ONLY IF you REALLY want to BETTER understand something, NOT just because it makes you seem alert!

This is something you can practice with anybody, about anything.

Cool. I appreciate it. I will try to take it nice and slow. Just being blindsided by some odd question is what I'm afraid of. I've work to hard for this to not get it now lol.

No the didn't caLl they didn't call the day after but they said t expect a call in a week to a wEek and a half. Did u have this interview?

Yeah and they didn't say expect..they just said we will review your paper and you'll get a call or an email if you're hired. I just had mine yesterday and I'm anxious already haha.

What did ur interview consist of? And where was it for and what company?

Did u nterview at riverside? I had 2 interviews. One was a question based about stress and customer service. And the other was just letting us know what he expected out of the job.

Mine was in the bay area NorCal..and yeah I had the same questions.
 
Ya I did mine in Norcal yesterday too. Good luck to you. So they said you will hear in an email or phone call? Did you ask btw, or did they mention it to you?
 
I didn't really ask about when we would hear back or anything.
