The test is a little tougher than registry, but not much. I actually found it pretty simple. I will say that Schertz historically prides themselves on their medic's abilities to read 12 leads (not necessarily Christopher's level, but not many people in EMS are at that level anyway... Lol)
There are no curveballs in the megacode. They want to know if you can run a code. Most people do find the set-up nerve wracking, though.
The interview is just so they can feel you out as a person. It's not a grilling session. Dudley is a great guy, and wants to make sure he hires genuine, good people.
