is anyone else sitting at home on the prowl for information? I must say, i have been pretty darn efficient tonight. Pour me another cup of coffee

I would venture that I've been quite efficient at work.... but very inefficient/lazy tonight about gathering information.

Believe me, I know that pain... The last 13 weeks (or so) have been filled with doing care plan after care plan, each of which takes at least a couple hours to complete. :wacko: I hate them with a passion that cannot be adequately described, but I understand why they require us to do them and support the reasons for requiring us to do them. I have the "Dragon" and do enjoy being able to simply talk to my computer and have it be a mostly useful scribe.

My last partner is almost finished with her BSN, on top of a BS and MS but that's another story. She was doing care plans at work on our downtime and I can definitely see why you hate them.

One reason I can't see myself in nursing. I'm happy for those that do it, but I'd rather move in to administration or education that go through nursing school. It just doesn't sound like my cup of tea.
