My sole question is... Are they a Dual Medic System?

Im almost positive that they are.

When I last checked (about 6 years ago) they were. They probably still are. I believe that their dual medic ems system is required by county ordinance as opposed to provider contract. It has, however, been years since I've looked at their system.

Yes they are. Most of the time fire has at least one medic too. Not uncommon to have 4-6 medics on an MVA.
