I don't know much except for this. There is a very low turnover rate. I worked with someone who worked there part time. Part time consisted of picking up shifts when the full timers took time off. He was working one or two 24s a month. It sounded like a great company and everyone really likes it there. For that reason it also is very hard to become full time with them. He was as an EMT, it might be a little easier as a medic. He worked there for over 18 months and got into PA school before landing a full time spot.
