What is the hiring process at AMR San Diego?

you need to fill out an application online and then they'll e-mail you back asking you to have the following to bring in before you can take the written test:

1) Copy of your DMV Printout (H6)

2) Copy of your California Driver’s License

3) Copy of your California State EMT License

4) Copy of your EMT certificate (County of San Diego)

5) Copy of your current CPR card

6) Copy of your Ambulance Driver’s License

7) Copy of your Medical Examiner’s Card

Then what?

I've done all that. I'm curious to know what to expect after the written test. If there is an interview, what does it consist of? Is there also a skills test?

You take the test. Pass or fail. then wait for possibly a LONG time for them to call you for an interview. then you possibly do a skills test with the interview(varies between divisions if you do or not)
