Thanks for the welcome, I work for a private service we run 2 24 hr ALS trucks and 1 BLS day truck, there is no hospital in our county so average transport time is 20 to 30 min. We have the contract for all 911 in the county, and I work 48 hr shifts, call vol is approx 200 calls a month.
