Unfortunately, it's a little late at this point, but you need to attend their annual orientation in Mountain View or Marysville to get started. If I remember right, it was held some time in April. If you know someone else that's in rockmed already, they might be able to get in contact with their administration to get you in without orientation, but otherwise I don't think there's any other way to get in.
I can confirm what Igaboj said is correct, their last orientation was mid April, it's usually around mid April every year, and they only do it once a year (technically twice, but the dates are so close, one in Marysville and one in Mt. View). Unless you are an RN, NP, PA, or MD, they'll tell you to wait until orientation next year.
It's a very active group, most things are done by e-mail and Facebook. I suspect you sent it to the wrong e-mail, whether it was misspelled or one they use to book shows, or they just haven't gotten back to you yet because I think the e-mail is managed by one person.
