what exactly are you looking for? isn't a refusal treated the same way as a transport? full assessment, two sets of vitals, either we go to the hospital or sign here?

Unless you want to include RMA by action, RMA as per guardian, RMA AMA (and how it differs from a regular RMA), cancelled by other agencies, etc. But that's all agency specific stuff

Sorry, I should clarify. I’m looking for an education piece on agency specific refusals. Not looking to reinvent the wheel. I’m building protocol review type con ed classes that are distributed via video/computer and I’m just looking to see how other people are doing it.

The con ed at my department had been sporadic and I’m building a library of annual review items and pieces for new hires that outline specific operational items.
