50 y/o woman, crying red tears (blood in tears), what medical condition most likely caused this?.........I'll post answer soon, just found out about this last week, it was new to me...............

my vote is for Digital Trauma!
 
Firt thought is clogged tear duct, but that is usually in babies. Second is the deal with religeous people like the Catholic that bleeds due to a "miracle".

I would love to hear what it is.
 
never heard of this either but i'm thinking high blood pressure that ruptured the blood vessels?

I was thinking high blood pressure as well, right off the bat. You said "medical condition". Is this an ongoing occurance or a one time thing?
 
I had one lady that had an obnoxious bloody nose that was gushing on... and on... and on. She was bleeding out of her tear ducts too.
 
That can also be caused by infected or blocked tear ducts.
