Does anyone know if a complaint is filed but I was never contacted by the state where I could go to see the outcome? Would it be on the state EMS disciplinary action report?

It seems you've got several issues that you should take to the State EMS board. They'll be able to answer all of these questions.

Reach out to the organization that handles complaints.

If you don’t find anything you could always file a Freedom of Information Act request.
