Nitro (need medical command for more than one dose and must be perscribed to the patient, sublingual only)
Perscribed inhalers (albuterol)
EpiPen (must be perscribed)
Activated Charcoal
Oral Glucose
Oxygen

The drugs that basics can administer if strictly following the NHTSA National Standard Curriculum is:

On own accord:
Oxygen, activated charcoal, oral glucose

"Patient assist"
Nitro, epinephrine via auto injector, metered dose inhaler.

From there, local systems/services can add or subtract drugs as they please, hence one system might have their EMT-Bs carrying and administering albuterol via nebulizer while another system might only allow EMT-Bs to carry oxygen.
