Yes, there are about two major trade journals. Each has a > million subscription.
First is JEMS (Journal of EMS) then EMS magazine. You can locate them on the web, as well as their Advertising Director, I am assure they would love to help you.

As I stated, there many here used to your products, as well as there are more and more cross trained Respiratory Therapists/ Paramedics, that can attest to your products.
