Hi I'm just wondering if any one knows how the interviews are conducted. I will be going there next week for an interview as a paramedic. My experience is in southern California EMS mostly as a paramedic. Are they going to be doing scenario questions or just the typical questions? Any advice on the interview out any other advice pertaining to bay area EMS would be appreciated!

Hello. Hope I'm not getting to you too late. When I went through, I was interviewed by a manager and a supervisor. The questions are actually mostly customer service based, with a few medical questions. There's also the typical " why do you want to be an EMT, why do you want to work for us." Since I started, I know the application process changed, but now I think it's only one person doing the interview. Good luck.
