We do 11 hour shifts, time and a half after 8. for 911 side it is after 40 but they also work 48 hour shifts on a Kelly schedule.

Click to expand... So a newbie EMT hired on would work 3 11s a week which works out to 24 reg hours and 12 OT correct?

Click to expand... Oh EMT wise it is different. If your on ALS shifts it is 11 hour shifts, OT after 8 On BLS shifts it is I believe 10 hour shifts, OT after 8
