I just returned a couple weeks ago giving a presentation to the IAFC Fire Rescue Med conference in Las Vegas titled "EMS On Scene Photography - Guidelines for Staying Legal." I used a Power Point presentation which I have now made available for download on my web site www.911imaging.com
In addition to the Power Point, I included a Word outline for drafting a photography policy foundation and a Release for Publication sample. I am completing an article on this subject which will appear in the July issue of JEMS magazine and as I obtain additional documents, I will add them to my site.
If anyone has questions or needs assistance as to developing a photography policy, please feel free to post it here and I will see what I can do to help. I will be giving more presentations and I'll post which conferences I'll be attending here.
