I am looking for an app for my phone where I can look up a rx and it will give me indications and contra indications, etc.

iResq is a great one. It's not real cheap ($10 on iTunes), but it has tons of great calculators and is the best one I've seen for critical care transport.

Critical care ACLS guide is pretty good too. Again, it probably has stuff you don't need if you are only going 911, but I think there is an "ALS" version as well.
