They called me back for the second part of the interview. I want to be as prepared as possible. They said to dress comfortable. I'll meet with a panel, take a written test, and an agility test. What should I expect from the panel? Are they going to throw out scenarios, or find out more about me? The written test i'm guessing will be like the one we took at National Registry. If anyone has any tips on how I should prepare please let me know. Thanks!

Here's the first questions... Where ate you? What company are you applying with?

That's a start.

Based on past interviews,I'd guess they'll ask you scenario questions AND want to know more about you.

Good luck.

From what I know of HVA, it's notoriously difficult to get hired there, or at least it was. I have several friends who interviewed and didn't make the cut.

Good luck and let us know how it goes for you!

I got the job! It was a crazy interview process. The oral board was a group of guys just asking typical interview questions. I had a 100 question test. And my agility test included CPR for 10 minutes, and carrying a 150lbs up a flight of stairs.
