Agreed, but that is vastly different from enlisting in military.Understood. That's why I mentioned "or other U.S. Government positions."
Self Deploying, Volunteering without an NGO Sponser and/o Freelancing is NOT the way to go.
Nope. You posted gibberish.Care to explain?
Next time I'll try typing slower for ya.Nope. You posted gibberish.
Or you could just use grammar, proper sentence construction, and common sense…Next time I'll try typing slower for ya.
What job are you entitled to? It’s a WAR zone. They don’t need one month war tourists.I am too old to join the Military, the Military has an age cut off. I beleive 35 YOA with no prior service and 42 with prior service. I also have no interest in a 4 year long commitement. I don't keep cars that long. That in no way means that under hte right terms and conditions that I should not be able to go and participate in one role or another.

I went early April 2022. My DD214, certs and CV in hand. I luckily scored a PMC contract as a critical care paramedic. Spent two months there, had an awesome time. Then NGOs took over and “per diem.” Left early June 2023 after two months and miss there, but have twin boys that want to have a dad…Understood. Early April 2022 I went. I was expecting to do a more dynamic job as a specific kind of veteran. I found a few PMCs and a government dude with a list of “unmet need” and took a 30 day contract. Mostly did kyiv-Lyiv critical care transfers, occasionally on to the Poland border. Every time at the border the medic/nurse looked in the back of the rig and Noped out of that. Blood, multiple IVs, chest tubes, etc… had an escort to a hospital in Poland. Extended a second month, was told they were ending the contract after the third month but we all left after 60 days. Many NGOs took over. Sorry, my twin boys veto’d working there on a per-diem instead of my $1250/day contract. Came under fire twice, returned fire once.Understood.
