First get your reciprocity in the US through the NREMT or state your wanting to move to. Then start looking for a job. I personally haven't heard of a lot of medic moving to the US from overseas, but not saying it doesn't happen.
Selection procedure very greatly depending on the organization hiring. Anything from just an interview and drug screening to write test, physical fitness test, interviews, psychiatric evaluation, polygraph, medical physical and drug screening. That could take 6 months to a year to get through.

How do I contact them? Because the above data editing can not fill in all the fields because they do not have a Social number. You've got mail to them?

Not sure of your immigration status, but if you are not currently in the US you need to start here...

It is rare, but normally occurs with people who are able to move to the US by other means, and who just happen to be paramedics. The USCIS doesn't recognize Paramedic as an 'in demand' job, therefore is not on their shortlist for possible H1B visas. No visa = no move.
