Hey guys been awhile since I've posted!, I'm officially done with medic school now, got my degree and passed NR on cognitive and psycho motor on my first go around! I've worked as a basic for about 2 years (the whole time I was in medic school). Just wondering if you guys had any advice or things for me to keep in mind before I jump out on the streets as "the one in charge"... Any advice helps! Thanks!

First off congratulations!

Second off, don't over think things. It's usually not as complicated as you think. Stay chill, remember be like a duck on water, it does no good if you, the paramedic freaks out because then everyone on scene will.

Have fun!

Congrats!

What Rob said.

Don't stop learning; you've just barely scratched the surface.

And don't be a toolbag.

The best advice I was given -- "When you don't know what else to do, it's a good idea to go to the hospital."
