1. What are the qualifications to become an NREMT? How much experience, other training,etc?
2. Is the NREMT test geared toward the state where one lives? In Virginia for an example, Emt-B's don't start I.V's or give drugs othe than o2, Epi-pen(patients), Activated charcoal, MDI's(patients),Nitro(patients)
In what ways does being nationally registered affect an EMT"(reciprocity,eyc.)? I travel with my church to various disasters, like Katrina. If nationally registered, does that mean I can work as an EMT in another state?
