So it is $110 for the wrtitten, but the practical is how much? I did my Medic school over a year ago, but so far two places are charging $220 and $250 for the practical. What gives?

Each testing site determines what they will charge. It is expensive to put on a test. Each skill requires multiple people. $250 is not a bad price.
Check the area to find out about test sites. Some have good equipment others don't.

~$200-250 is a decent price, considering the amount of skills and the number of people needed to run the testing.
