Could someone tell me if the NREMT test is only a written test? there is no practical part right?

Depends where you are taking the test.. The NREMT-B test in Florida is computer based because we did our practicals during class.

Certification Process
National EMT-Basic certification requires successful completion of both a cognitive and psychomotor exam. Passed portions of the exam (both cognitive and psychomotor) remain valid for a twelve (12) month period.
