I have an interview coming up and they're apparently testing and such, what exactly are they testing on?

Written test (multiple choice)
Assessment test. Usually you walk to a SNF to pick up a pt, being presented with distress, stops breathing, etc.
Map test
Interview.
I had an interview with them a while back and this was their structure (not necessary in this order)
