Hypothetical situation here lets say some one had a job in South Carolina working as an ambulance driver. But when their driving record got run it came back the insurance wouldn't cover them. This person has 2 accidents that are their fault and a negligent driving ticket. One of the accidents should not be on there but was reported anyways. Was just wondering for this persons sake is there any chance a company would hire them as a driver and do you think that they should give up being an EMT all together or is there any places in SC that might hire just as an EMT-B not a driver? let me be clear this person has NO points against their drivers license and one of the accidents went to court but was thrown out. The other one happened on private property and was supposed to be taken care of without the insurance company being involved. Just wanted some advice for this person, and what the out look for them looks like? Thanks for all your help!

Well hypothetically speaking, I may just give them some hypothetical advice. However if we were speaking if something that happened, I'd tell you to seek lawyer advice and I can't answer any questions because I honestly don't know. But we're speaking hypothetically so I can't give you any real advice.
Have a nice hypothetical day! :)

Hypothetically, we don't offer legal advice here. I suggest you seek out a hypothetical attorney.
