Need help with state cert. (CA)

Hey guys, passed my NREMT a while back and just lagged it on getting the state certification, but now I got motivated to go out there and do some good. I'm trying to get a California license, specifically Riverside or Orange County, more so Riverside. I passed the NREMT and I checked out rivcoems site and all I can come up with is the forms page...not much help. I'm assuming I need to do the Live Scan form (3 of them), the EMT application for certif/recertif., and is that it? Do i just fill those out and drop them off to the county office or am I missing something else..any help is appreciated
