Need assistance with school question!!!

I have a extra credit question that has me stumped. I have asked many that have not been able to help, hopefully this works.

I am looking for the meaning of an old EMS mnemonic that is used for Altered Mental Status or unconscious patients.

The mnemonic is CARS and their was one hint given, the "R" causes hypoxia.

A=
R= (hint causes hypoxia)
S=



Any Ideas?
