Narrative inservice

Hi all:

I've been tasked with doing an inservice on narratives for new EMTs (and some Medics that are having issues.)

We use the SOAP format.

Would you be so kind as to post up your "ideal" narrative? I'd like to see how different people write/chart and I'll combine all the good stuff.

Thanks. I have several "How to writre a SOAP" documents, I'm looking for actual SOAP narratives, obviously redacted, but written as you would write them for your service.
