can anyone help me in trying to put a form together on access.. we are a Volly RS .. free rides.. no charge... but we need to start getting ready for prehospital computer reports... I have looked around on the net... and have tryed a few on my own... but not having alot of luck with access... or getting a good report

No problem. I desinged a fingerprint db when I worked in a jail, & was complemented by the FBI & DCI for it.

I'm @ work now, but you can PM/EMail me & I'll help you. First you need to make a list of all the information you want to include in your reports & a list of frequently used phrases.
