Hello, am Valentino

Just a bit about me,
My name is Valentino Silva, living in California. I am attending a medical based high school, Health Careers Academy High School in Stockton, CA. My goal in life is to become a EMT - Paramedic and hopefully be successful in the health field.

My problem,
I am taking all these classes that give me credits for collage. Heres the deal, I have no clue on what to do. Meaning, what classes do I take? Where do I go to become a EMT - Paramedic? Whats the first start do I need to take? I am hoping to join AMR as a worker.

Please help me!

After you get out of high school look into college EMT classes (a lot of community colleges in CA offer them). After you are done with the EMT class you can start to look into paramedic classes. Some medic programs require a certain amount of time working as an EMT.

Medic classes can once again be found at community colleges. I'll see if I can find a list of approved schools for EMT and Medic.

You might also look into volunteering at your local hospital, to start to gain some experience with patient contacts and with the medical field in general.

Since your high school is "medical based", isn't there a counselor there who can help you to answer some of these questions? And maybe to help you find medical volunteer positions in the Stockton area?

If you're looking for the best source on programs in your area, it is all in the quote.
