Can you go back and help with skills practice for the EMT class you took, or another class in your area? Explain that you'd like to keep your own skills up. As an EMT instructor I keep in touch with past students for this reason.
Otherwise just practice on your own friends, family, pets (not kidding, friendly large breed dogs are great for head-to-toes!).
BP cuffs and stethoscopes can be bought cheap. You can print off the skill sheets from the NREMT website to guide you, but then mix it up. How do you c-spine a patient not laying perfectly supine? etc.
Good luck!
