Looking to upgrade our squad's dress uniforms.

The shirt in image below with patches and matching Navy blue pant look real sharp. Sewn in Military creases.

Elbeco's Woman's EMS pants are "supposed" to fit a little differently, from what I've been told.

This is true! They're very, very comfortable and look better than 5.11 or ****ies versions. Super nice pants.

Another suggestion for pants is the new Propper Critical Edge pants. I know the guys version are cut much more like the original proppers, but a little more suited for EMS work, and a female at my dept has them and says they're much nicer than the 5.11s. I have a couple pairs of both and will be wearing Proppers for school.

And our work shirts look almost exactly like the ones Sandog posted, minus the badge holder, and the long sleeve version looks really good when paired with a tie and badge.

A really funny webcomic about "new uniforms"..... (Contains some vulgarity and may be vaguely offensive) : http://hipsterhitler.com/archive/09-new-uniform/

Add an American flag to the left (Im assuming you are from US)

Can't I just have an obscure flag added on there? I mean, c'mon, I think the Latvian flag might a nice change of pace.

Of course, you can fall back to my old standby of wearing a khaki military uniform, mirrored sunglasses, speaking in a language few people in your area speak and refusing to answer questions. LOL

Here is something I put together.. I bought this shelled outercoat for $10, got one of my extra service patches and one of my extra state patches (I like wearing my pullovers at work, he he).

This was cheap and quite effective. It meets the regulations for uniforms, is quick on, and looks efficient and professional as hell.

For our duty uniform we use a top like that. Except with epaulettes (for certification or rank slip ons). There's a ring of 3M tape around each arm (1/2" silver on hi-vis green backing; with the same stripes down each side of the pants). Paramedic in reflective lettering above the breast pocket and on the back. They make a decent duty uniform, but they really don't dress up to well for administrative/PR/occasions.

Command staff do have an office uniform of the same top in white, sans hi-vis and lettering with black dress pants. That would probably be a decent, fairly cheap dressed up uniform. Add a tie and you're good to go.

We do have full on dress uniforms with jacket, cap, etc. for the command staff and some medics who've needed them in the past. They look very sharp but can be prohibitively expensive. There are some cheaper dress uniforms available (our service has been looking at issuing them to the whole service in the future), but you're still looking at around $500+.
