Live Scan fee in OC, California

Hey guys,

I'm calling around for Live Scans and they are all saying government fee is $49 and it's same at every single places.
On top of that, they charge anywhere from about $15-$25. Is this reasonable? I was told to call around/shop around but they all seem to be about the same.
I heard at some places you can do it for about $45 but the government fee itself is $49 according to the places I've called so far.
Any input would be appreciated! Thanks!
 
The government fees vary depending on if it is just the DOJ or a DOJ/FBI check. The normal charge to get it done is anywhere between $5-$35 from what I have seen.

I honestly don't know how long the results take to come back.

I paid about $70 and waiting for result to come back. If the OC health website said "pending" I'd wait but it still says "no matching record" At the place I got live scan, the guy said I probably get it by the end of this week but I'm not sure
