Less people becoming emts?

Hospital based service, good mix of 911 and IFT, decent (for GA) protocols and fairly decent pay. Also, the hospital has an awesome educational stipend, as long as you're a full time employee in good standing the hospital will PAY for your education. Wanna become an RN, RT or PA? You agree to stay a few years, they pay. How many EMS agencies do that?
Hopefully mine soon. We pay for medic school, with the hope of possibly nursing if we start doing more home health type things. In the meantime they pay for a "mobile integrated healthcare" course and a critical care program. The chief is a smart man, hopefully he can pull it off.
