So they are hiring and have sent recruiting teams into NJ and are being pretty aggressive about getting NJ medics to move down there. I asked many of the standard questions of the recruiters but obviously they are going to give me the company line.

Anyone know what its like there?

I've seen their recruitment flyers on social media; it looked like they were looking for EMTs and Paramedics with experience who were looking to relocate.

It looks good if you want to get out of NJ, get hit with frequent hurricanes, work 24 hrs on with 48 off, and put the snow behind you. I found some opinions that are a little old, and some eyebrow raising news stories, but nothing super recent or exciting.

It might be a little old, but this might help: https://www.emtcity.com/topic/18954-job-opportunity-lee-county-ems/

24/48 is a suboptimal schedule.

Super bump since they're doing the rounds again

Also, point of order. Very inconvenient that the search feature excludes the word "Lee" as it's too short
