LADOT permit and changing jobs?

I worked at a company for 2 days only and on one of those days got my LADOT permit but I quit and got hired at another company. I did not put this job on my job application since it was only 2 days. But, do I need to pay the full fee for another LADOT permit from the company I am now working at and can my employers find out I worked at another company?

hopefully you can get your new job to pay for it...otherwise i believe it is a 107.00 transfer fee

Your dot id will say replacement. Yes you will need to pay for another id unless your new company will cover it.
