Has anyone seen the video of the kite surfer vs. Tropical Storm Fay?

Monday's incident, which a television crew captured on video as Tropical Storm Fay approached Florida, left the 28-year-old Kearney with spinal fractures, brain swelling, a broken rib and a broken ankle, among other injuries.

HA!! Thats funny. A tropical storm isn't so scary. We don't even pull our trucks off the road until the winds are 50mph SUSTAINED.... not wind gusts.

how do you gauge that from your truck? Which way it's about to topple over?
