The Kansas City Missouri Fire Department will be taking applications beginning January 5th, 2015 from Paramedics who want a career as a Firefighter.

Application deadline is anticipated to be February 20th, 2015.
Starting pay for Paramedics who are employed as firefighters begins at $ 3718 per month.
The KCFD currently offers

Minimum Requirements
· Must be 19 years of age.
· Must not have turned 30 years of age prior to February 20, 2015
· High School Diploma or State Issued GED
· Valid Driver’s License in accordance with KCMO policies
· National Registry, EMT-Paramedic License
