Hi All,

Sorry I haven't been on lately. As some of you know I was blessed with getting a full-time EMS Educator's position and my life has been a whirlwind since.

I have also picked up part time work teaching at two different schools. We just finished another DT4EMS course this past week consiting of all medic students. It was a blast!

I think I am really going to like the new position. It allows me to be home in the evenings, hit the gym at lunch and "work" doing what I really enjoy.

I see the forums stay mostly positive here. That is an awesome job by the mods and admin!!

I peek in at work when I get the chance and post when I can.

Thanks so much!! I am very lucky. I have a lot of support from those around me. This is one of those jobs you can't do alone. I must say I am learning something new everyday.

What is probably the neatest thing for me is to be re-motivated in EMS. I am now able to dedicate all of my "work" time to getting up to date with all of the changes in EMS rather than splitting my time between law enforcement and EMS.

I am sleeping better than I have in years thanks to a normal schedule, not having to rotate every month or work 24 hour shifts.
