Is there something going around?

I was feeling great up till a few days ago when we took our AAA patient down to the other hospital. All of a sudden my throat hurt bad, but it went away quickly. Now all of a sudden I have this cough that just seems to get worse and worse (to the point of it hurting now) and its not like I'm coughing anything up. Just dry cough. Hard dry coughs. (almost choking if you want to put it that way)

I've taken some stuff but no relief.

I joke about this Swine Flu but I was around some patients and co-workers that have been out of state lately. Heck, I probably have it.

Seriously though, is there something going around lately? (I ask here because it seems like it hits a lot of people in this profession all around the country around the same time)

Oy...any suggestions on meds?

That's exactly the same thing I've had for the last two weeks.

I also lost my voice whilst teaching.

It is going around, but it's not swine flu. It's crappy though!

Its just a nasty cough that won't break. I was half drugged up last night when I made this post so don't remember much. Robitusm I think I should probably get some of that but we'll see
